2. Definitions
- Company: Arifity Designs
- Client: Any person/entity purchasing or commissioning services
- Services: All creative, digital, or technical deliverables
- Assets: Works delivered under an order
- Designer: Authorized staff providing services
- Revision: Limited post-delivery adjustments, at Company discretion
3. Services
We provide design, development, and digital assets including branding, graphics, Roblox products, Discord bots, and packages.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are due in advance, in USD or approved methods. Work starts only after cleared payment.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds will ever be provided under any circumstances. Client expressly waives statutory or equitable cancellation rights.
6. Delivery & Turnaround Times
Estimated times are indicative only. Company is not liable for delays.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Client must supply accurate materials and instructions. Payments to unofficial parties are at Client’s risk.
8. Liability for Scams
Company disclaims all liability for third-party fraud. Clients must verify official communication channels.
9. Ownership & Usage Rights
Rights are granted only after full payment. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
10. Revisions & Alterations
Minor revisions may be offered at discretion. Excessive or repeated requests are chargeable.
11. Confidentiality
Company shall maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is legally required.
12. Prohibited Uses
Assets may not be used for unlawful activities, defamatory content, or platform violations.
13. Limitation of Liability
Company disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages. Client indemnifies Company.
14. Termination of Services
Company may suspend or terminate any service at any time for breach, abuse, or non-payment.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must be addressed amicably first. Jurisdiction is with UAE courts.
16. Amendments to Terms
Company reserves right to amend Terms without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by UAE law.
